Pricelist

The prices are per day and per apartment for two people and all other LUDWIG'S MOUNTAIN LODGES inclusive services, plus € 2,80 local tax per night per person aged 14 and over (legally required tourist tax).

BOOKING INFORMATION
Here you find the reductions for children, sharing with 2 adults

• from 0 to 1 years there is no charge 
• from 2 to 5 years 5,00 Euro
• from 6 to 8 years 10,00 Euro
• from 9 to 12 years 15,00 Euro
• from 13 to 16 years 20,00 Euro

The cost for an additional person in an appartment is of 27,00 Euro per day. 
For stays under three nights, we reserve the right to charge a surcharge of 10% on the above prices.
The cost of the obligatory final cleaning is of 90,00 Euro.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
On your day of arrival, your holiday apartment will be available from 16:00. On your day of departure,
please vacate the apartment by 10:00. 

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Your stay at the Arlberg will be definitively confirmed when you receive an e-mail confirmation from us.
Too make your holiday reservation binding, we ask you for a deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay.
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or by providing your credit card number. Please find out about travel cancellation insurance options, which will cover the resulting fees in the event of last-minute cancellation. 

CANCELLATIONS
Please inform us in writing if you need to cancel your stay. 

• There is no charge for cancellations up to 60 days before arrival.
• For cancellations between 59 and 15 days before arrival, we charge 30% of the booked travel price.
• For cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the booked travel price. 

In the event of last-minute cancellation, late arrival, or early departure, we charge 100% of the total amount.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payments by cash till 2.999,00 Euro and debit card.

CAR PARK
You are welcome to park your car for the entire duration of your stay at no extra charge. 

PET-FRIENDLY
We are happy to welcome your four-legged friend to our holiday home, so that you can enjoy the impressive natural landscape of the Alps. There are beautiful walks and hikes that set out from our holiday home, so you can spend time together in the fresh air. We charge 15,00 Euro per day (without food) for accommodating your four-legged friend. Please note that if the inventory is damaged, the dog owner must bear the costs. 

NO SMOKING
We also value a healthy lifestyle in our holiday home. Please note that all apartments are non-smoking areas. You are welcome to enjoy a cigarette outdoors.
